Not very good, sorry to say. The OQ is nice, but resists are based off of SR+OQ and HAM costs are based on MA+OQ.

It's a distant third. Most customers are about resists first, HAM second, and then... some of them actually look at the condition of the armor.

The second is great, but I wouldn't consider it uber. Most servers have seen at least one spawn of wooly with extremely good OQ and SR and MA of 800+. On Shadowfire a wooly like that is going for 250cpu ATM.
The second wooly would likely still sell for in excess of 100cpu after it's out of shift. In excess of 150cpu if you hold on to it until the middle of a big draught of quality wooly.

MAL=irrelevant
IMO, of course!
Buffs cost 5K-6K and last approx 3 hrs. In that 3hrs, a combat guy can farm 20-50K in credits. How can you resist being buffed for 3 hours for only 6k, making a lot of credits doing missions, and putting on the heavy HAM Triple Layered Kinetic Composite to help you power through the missions faster by taking less damage. Buffs have made HAM encumbrance worries obsolete.
You can always aruge your position on MAL and it will vary from Master to Master, however, I won't be convinced that MAL is that important anymore. Not with the buffs that are available. Speaking of which, the new patch will allow you to re-buff any stat that you don't like, if it is better than your existing one in either time-wise or stat-wise. So, you can get buffed & buffed & buffed until all 6 of your stats are over 3000. Again, making MAL=irrelevant.
