Hello there,

i have heard a rumor of a composite resist calculator, you add all your resources with their stats and it will calculatewhatstats the armor/segment/layerwill have before experimentation... does anyone know where I can find such awesome tool?

ironically its right at ur finger tips....make gloves.

Jeri's Armor located on Corellia in Sabacc city.
3660,-2247 is the location of my composite vendor,
i sell 80 ( or 78) kinetic suits and decently base at 60ish for 180k.
Cheap don't mean poor quailty.

Actually there are minor variations between the various pieces and gloves use resources

I had one of these in the making, but I figured I would wait until they came out with the new changes.

I'm actually working on this as we speak. It's a bunch of Perl scripted CGI pages where you can enter in pertenant data and it will ouput Best possible HAM, Resistance, Special Resistances, and Durability. Unfortunatly due to lack of data I've only compiled enough information to accuratly describe kinetic layers and Ubese Armor (Using Advanced Segments). Once I have worked out the glitches I'll be sure to query the masses of armorsmiths to help me collect the data needed.

By the way if anyone wants to unofficially help with this endeavor I'm taking resource donations on RADIANT. I need small stacks (500 or so) of any "armor related" resources, quality does not matter (I wouldn't mind having some REALLY low quality stuff to help with calculations). If you geta free second donate resources to -5691 -396 Talus or send me an in game tell/email.

I am working on a similar application. It will attempt to calculate the numbers using the resources assigned to it.

Resource can be picked from enactive or swgcraft (or from a custom list) or you can let it pick the best currently available resources, which if it is working correctly are quite bad on tempest

Initially all i wanted was a tool that would find me the best resources, but is growing quite nicely and if people can supply stats with which i can test it that would be great, since the main trouble I have is mapping final experimnetation to actual values

I am currently making a pretty nifty tool for all crafting classes. Right now it's mostly armorsmithing but I do have a lot of Weaponsmith schematics in there and you can add your very own.

Currently it does not calculate exact resist values but it does tell you how far you can experiment and even picks the best resources or you depending on what you want.

Well, for me the use of this would be like:

Oh nice, this guy has some awesome Polysteel, then I would go to this calculator, see how much difference it will have comparing to my old resource to judge if it is worth or not to buy it at a high price.
