1) What are the typical prices on high quality leathery hides (OQ >975)?

2) Which stats on hide are the most important for armor making?

3) I recall seeing a screenshot of, yes, 100% composite on the forums...it was a request made by a Wookiee player saying something like "this is why Wookiees need armor". I don't remember what the encumberances were, and I've never been a smith, yet I'm fairly convinced that this was a piece of multiple-sliced armor. Does that sound correct or have you actually seen legal pieces of 100% composite? (I believe this was a chest plate.)

  1. Server-dependent
  2. OQ, SR, MA, UT ... order is dependent on the smith's tastes (but that's my ordering).
  3. 100% resist armor could have been constructed legally, before they put the 80% pre-slice, 90% post-slice capes in.

Tiny itty bitty correction. Pre nerf, the cap was still 80%, but was slicable to 100%. Then they decided to drop it to 90% slicing cap. ( Which most of us can easily hit with good effectiveness slices on high base comp).

Thanks for your help. 90% sure seems more fair than 100%...would suck to have largely invincible players

Oh, and after reading another post I gathered that OQ+MA determines encumberance, and OQ+SR determines resists...is condition determined by OQ+UT, or solely by UT?

OQ and UT for condition, 50% to each in all .
