Thread: Has anyone ever proposed HAM reducing layers?

I was thinking recently that it'd be cool if we had different layer typethat reduced ham in armor, instead of adding resists. Something we could experiment up and at perfect 100% have -5 or -10 ham and maby just a basic 1% or 2% effectiveness, and maby a couple hundred integrity.
Could call it the Lightweight Alloy layer or something, and add it to armor in an attempt to make lower resists, but also lower ham armor.

We have the RIS Layer which can be used in other armors. It's just a little bit more expensive to make that regular layers
