If you have good resources, you are spending your experimentation points in the wrong way. If you are looking for a recipe from me, sorry but I dont do those. I have a few tips though: 1) read the armorsmithing guide; 2) play with Virtual Armorsmith; 3) test what you learned by making some gloves.

experiment everything on layers (base if you want a high base)
make a lot of gloves
your good resources should be high oq and sr, you may have low sr but high MA or UT, a low sr or low oq could make for some crap armor.

You need to add layers!
Kinetic is the most popular layer to use. experiment the base on the layers as hi as you can, then put the rest into getting the special up a few points, then if any left, reduce the HAM.
Triple layer the adv comp seg, then again experiment the base up as high as it can go, put the remaining points into HAM reduction.
Final armor again get the base up as high as you can go, then again HAM reduce with the rest.
Finding high quality Colat iron is allways a problem, I think this is one of the resourses with a "hard cap".
Im getting mid 60% base with 80% on kinetic.

And dont forget the fractions
When I started calculating with them I I got my armor from 61 base to 66 with the same materials
