Armorsmith Archive

Could someone tell me exactly what resources I need ( and the approx. quantity i need ) to make one of these things? I just got the schematic and my plan is to harvest all the resources needed to make these and then bring the schematic to an armorsmith and get some made. Ive looked on Allakazam and a few other sites but couldnt find the schematic.
