You need better resources to get a better experimentation %. Not bad for a start though.

MAS in under a month is quite a feat. Congrats. Those cores can be put into armor and sell. Selling armor is something that took me some time with my new MAS.

i definatly know that, but having a main toon, that is a MBH made it a lot easier, had all the grind resources all ready, and gota good macro from the AS forum here, made it go a lot faster.

my account is only 22 days old, and my MAS is only 12days old, these are the first batch of assult cores that im goingto be putting out,
not to bad for a noob AS if you ask me, (sorry tooting my own horn) 
i had a AS insperation buff, and my suit has +10 Armor assembly, plus im in a research facility, and using a +44 crafting station, but i still maxed out on the protection experamentation, without getting up over 80%, so what does this mean, do i need to get some armor exp CA's to get more experemantetion points?
