Thread: Anyone else encountering this bug?

Every one of my last 4 factory armor runs have encountered the same problem, but I can't seem to find anyone else posting about it so I'm beginning to think that I'm going insane. When I take the items out of the crates everything is fine until there is only 1 item left in the crate at which point the crate drops all description of whats inside and defaults to a factory produced crate of miscellaneous items and I cannot remove the final item. I also recieve an in-game email stating:
The factory crate Ubese Armor Pants{DAWG} contains items no longer used in game and should be deleted from your inventory.
Has anyone else encountered this, and if you have, have you figured out a way around it?

What items is it happening to? Have you tried sending in a ticket yet?

Yeah, I sent in a ticket which generated the same bogus response from a useless CSR...please send in a bug report and I'm not doing anything about it. Sadly, bug reports don't get me my borked items back and neither do clueless CSR's.

yes, i got it with all the factory crates of boots and gloves i crafted yesterday. I was not able to pull the last item from any of the crates and got an email advising to delete it.

This bug has been around for a long time. It seems stranger, however, that so many are experiencing it now. During my tailor days, I had trouble with weaponsmith toolkits. Are you guys double clicking the crates very quickly? That seemed to trigger it for me in the past.
I've had CSRs compensate me everytime, but with varying degrees of hassle.

i've been an AS for quite some time and never experienced this bug and i have always been a fast clicker. More importantly i have not been able to factory crate tantel chest plates becasue they have all been coming out of the crate with the default color.

They have fixed the factory color bug, but this new one has never happened to me before...and I've tried clicking fast, slow and even splitting the stack when get to 2 items which just gets me 2 crates of junk that won't come out.
