Thread: RIS Seeking Layering Advice

Hi all,

I'll be making my first RIS pieces soon, and have been researching various threads for info, but am still a bit unsure how my RIS will turn out.

My resources are decent, but since I only started looking for a few of them a couple of weeks ago, they're unfortunately not the best. In any case, a list of what I currently have can be viewed here.

My Loot:

-Set of 16% NS layers (x8)

-Various sets of 5%-8% NS layers

-Potential access to (-16/-66/-34) NS shards (x11)

-Various other sets of NS shards between (-20/-20/-20) and (-30/-30/-30)

-Sets of yellow Geonosian cubes, base 3%

My objective is to make 80% kinetic / 80% base with low HAM. Now, given my NS loot, it shouldn't be too big a problem to hit the 80% base (I don't think), but I'm wondering what I could do to ensure that kinetic also hits the cap.

Thoughts or suggestions on layer methods? Thanks in advance

If you have good resources just one of those 16% shouldlet you hit 80% base. So I suggest:

1 maxed kinetic layer: 13% Kinetic, 3% base

1 16% NS layer

1 5-8% NS layer

1 NS shard

1 yellow cube

On the segment, max kinetic first. Then max base.

On the armor piece, max kinetic first. Then max base.

for my productoin ris.(i make alot) i double layer kinetic maxed base and 9kinetic this gives me 74base and 70-79kinetic based on experimentation. Its not that light but RIS is very forgiving on the stats it seems.

Although from skimming your list mist of my resoruces are higher stats aside from solid petro and titanium alum

i used 8,8,7 ns layers

4% cube,

4% janta hide

on my first attempt

segments was 50% base, 16% kinetic

hit 72% kinetic, 80% base the ham was very low.

with 1 amazning i got 76% kinetic, 80% base

looks like you have some nice ns layers (16%) if you get the base% on your segments high enough, you will have enough points to cap the %

Just used

3x NS layer
1x Red cube
1x NS shard

Resourse vary so great from server that its imposibel to give you exact numbers on Layers and shards....

and on Final Experiment mode tray to make the formula so that you can take max of you experiment points in Kinetic and so minimum in the Base this result in an increase of 10k condition to the armor piece

Just find some people who dont care about the stats make test runs on them with lower end loot you can calculate on the end your stats with the perfect Loot

just made 2 Biceps with thise formula

got a screen with the stats here

My god man, what were the stats on those layers that you could get away with a red cube and end up 80/80 and no ham?
