well when can i get it, i am on the kettemoor(?) sever.

The only way you can get it is to find a set up for auction (which would probably start at 50mil), or locate all the components needed for it yourself. If you want to get the components yourself, there is a thread at the top of this forum that will tell you everything you need.

Id bet there are several full suits no each server. I have only been a armorsmith since patch 10 but have made 4 full suits and untold peices and a few helm-chest-pants-boots suits

That is R.I.S. armor, chances are, there isnt a complete suit on your server and if there is, it's not for sale or you can't afford it.

Err... since the loot drops went waaaaay up, there are plenty of suits on each server now.
