Thread: How do u start armor smith
Get novice artisan. Grind up the Engineering tree (4/0/0/0). Then grind enough General Crafting xp to get Novice Armorsmith (I forget exactly how much is needed). Then grind your way to master AS (I used Mabari chestplates). Depending on how fast you grind, you'll also want to be on the look out for good AS resources as you go. Or if you're rich, you can just buy the resources.

Two words: Don't Bother.
This profession is a freaking joke, that makes thing that are not worth the time, trouble or aggrevation.
I also have two words for the devs, and they ain't Merry Christmas.

Lol - I've been an AS for two days, and I don't think it's that bad. In fact, I find it fun.
The only thing that gets a bit under my skin is the factory times ![]()
I don't like the fact that I need to spendthe majority of my lots on factories when I could be harvesting with them.
just a lot of resources mate... lots and lots of resources... as good resources comes around lay down all available harvesters and lots on it and horde....
you will see your armor start to get better as time goes on....
but its not a joke... its actually a lot of parts now to make one piece... they need to speed up factory times is probably the biggest gripe they need to fix psgs...
