I have a set of scout Imp armour - which i could wear fine before yesterdays server reset as i was master rifles/ master bh with some pistols - So the m rifles gives me no hinderance
After server reset i put this on and now on all pieces it says i have 1-4% hinderance on movement , firing etc
My Tantel and Ubese are fine but just this Imp scout armour??? Has anyone else had this
Also are you all get slices on your armour but its not effecting that stats
CSRs havent got back to me yet - as usual

i heard that slices DO affect the stats, but that it does not show in them. I recall to see a post about testing this. So the hindrance will show because the slice is effective, but the enhanced protection does not cause the view is bugged.

Slicing will now always add hinderance to armor.
The amount sliced is not random anymore, it is based on the rating. Sorry I don't have the exact formula on hand, but basically the higher the armor rating, the lower the slice. I recall someone showing that at a certain point it won't add anything to the armor because it hit a cap, but I haven't verified that myself and would be suprised if that was your case anyway. Can you tell us the protection rating?

example helmet 7.6k energy, 5.6k kinetic, 5.6 all others now sliced is giving me hinderance of movement -0.4, accuracy -0.9, rate of fire -1.3
Great slice then
,all it did was make the armour harder to wear with no benificial effects - Everybody wearingor purchasing high end armour beware of slicing!!
