I just tried crafting a psg and noticed 2 of the componants are not avail. items to make
-Power Conditioner
-Energy Distributor
What are these componants?
Also does anyone know what core enhancement is for the recon cores?
I know assult and battle

power conditioners and energy dis. are master artisan items....
As for recon enhancers, I belive they are NS shards.

dont bother making psgs they are broke right now...
they lose resist within the first 10 shots... the condition as of right now does not matter...

no dribbler... im not a noob for one thing... i know they degrade but thats what condition is for... as of right now in about 10 hits your psg will reach 0 resists.... no more resist on it....
thats even before the efficiency even reaches 0.... hell i made a 97% recharge rate psg it never reached 0 but the resistance on the psg fell to 0 while it still had 7k condition still left on it...
so yes they are broke at the moment save your resources till they are fixed...

u mean they lose resists or the fact they arnt a 24/7 thing
psgs will hold out against x hits b4 being forced to recharge.
