I made a set of composite with the following:
Kin: 7059
En: 5049
the rest was 5599
Condition was 40K
It was from a Krayt core that I had looted and had an amazing success of the condition.

i get 6500 with mixture good bad resources.
you can get 400 more points using layers + cores and slicing you can push past 8000 ... though cant do thsi on valcyn coz resources not spawned for 300days in some cases and otehrs r crap.
the theoretical max is around 12000 though the obtainable max is more like 10000 which is 60%
though its a question does the increased cost to go from 7000 50% base which is significant really make that much difference right now

What you have is above avg on armor really. 8k seems to be the max on chilly with primus layers, so non layered I would say you have some very nice armor.
