I know when using a resource for armor the OQ is 50% and the SR is 50% when dealing with resists.
Is there a difference in using a resource that is..
A) OQ - 900, SR - 200
or
B) OQ - 200, SR - 900
Would I get the same results in armor resistsif i had used either?

Ideally yes, that should do the same for resists with either one. But the Low OQ would affect the HAM and durability where the SR would not. So the OQ is most important just because it affects all the stats.

The OQ 200 SR 900 will get you better resist if this is a resource used in the composite final assembly.
Main reason being that Known Solid Petrofuel has no SR ans asa result the SR of others resources is being weighted more heavilly than their OQ in the final computation.....
