I was wondering if you guys could rate this stuff for me. A scale of 1 to 10 would work. I'm not sure what characteristics are important to Armorsmiths, and I don't want to charge too much for it.

Cold Resistance 682

Overall Quality 919
Shock Resistance 754

it is good, you usually look for OQ and SR, both of which are high.
The price also depends on if this is in rotation. If this is on every planet and all the armorsmiths have 300k of it, dont ecpect a lot of money for it. Just hold onto it till their supplies start to dry up if you are having problems moving it.
