Does anyone know if it's in the game yet? If so is it a loot schematic or quest schematic or just pieces you can loot?

Posting a screenie of the schematic requirements would be nice, just so we can get a heads up on what will be needed. Might also give us a little indication of where it fits into the scheme of things.
