I have now searched and searched, looked through the FAQ's and being basically stupid, will now post this question
I just learned Armorsmith, and enjoy the idea,
But i need a list of what I need to make Very Very good Ubese, Adv composite armor, These seem to be the highest requested items.
Also I get either requests for Specials in heat kinetic (a lot) or Stun (genosians?) it would be nice to have a printed list so I can collect, and email friends in my guild to collect...

OOH! I found this ... possibly answered my own question
For special protection:
Stun:
Requires 25 units of Non-Ferrous Metal
Requires 10 units of Vertex Crystalline Gemstone
Requires 12 units of Crism Siliclastic Ore

www.swgcraft.com also has schematics for all crafting professions, as well as, resources tracking per server. check it out, one of the best sites for helping crafters with useful information.
