Thread: Boots and Gloves in the CU

they have no stats and are no longer targets for dmg is thier any point in crafting them now? also imcurious as to if they will be give special properties sence they seem worthless.
i have a pair of boots thats +22 1h acc +22 UA acc and is adked, i paid alot for the armor and SEA's and it seems like a waste at this point

so next would be helmets sence bothans can't wear all the helms right?

Many Races cannot wear all helmets but all races can wear some helmet. Wookies and Trandos cannot wear any gloves and or boots.
I think people will still make them simply becuase the cost to make them is so low. Even the Faction points to buy faction schematics for them is only 250 points. Im glad they did a 'bare bones' resource need for these becuase if they didnt know one would bother making them.
I believe (Ill confirm when I log back in) that both gloves and boots that are player make keep their slots for AAs.

Well to be honest one of the first issues the Dev's said they were sddressing was the fact that some races were getting shafted cause they could not wear boots or gloves, so those points would not longer be targetable. There has even been threads about "pre-nerf" boots and gloves being simular to pre-nerf ubese shirts, being something that you could put AA's in and they wouldn't decay.
Sucks that you ADK'd it to begine with, but honestly not sure either mod is really needed unless your not a Master Fencer TKM,

i think they are needed in the new system
but its been clear since the beginning that boots and gloves were no longer targetable areas with no stats or hindrance
