Are no better than any non-interwoven piece of crap I could have crafted?
Heh this isnt a rant, or bragging, Im dead serious here.
Ive made 300 plus interwoven ris pieces - only non-interwoven ive ever crafted was for the quest.
RIS is literally the only armor ive crafted in the last few months.
We know I cant redirect them to ask the devs - we've seen the consequences of that.
So SOE is just putting it on my shoulders to take the heat here ehh?
Heh this game is no longer fun but now a prjobfor myself and the other RIS smiths to explain to our customers why they wasted 25 million credits.

Just tell them your not responceable for changes made to the game, and if they can't except that then it's their problem to deal with. On a side not to prevent as much grief as possible, you might want to give them a heads up right off the bat, so the know what could possibly be happening.

No... you just tell them the truth. The game changed... sorry. Have them file a bug report

tell them that the devs only screwed them over about half as much as they did us... and that they should be happy they can still fight...

Can you be a little more dramatic? No one is going to go to you and say 'hey this thing you made changed with the CU, it's your fault'.
You should be given the chicken little of the year award.

Thanks for the flame. From what I can see your not an armorsmith so building a strong customer base is something you dont know about.

"Weapons, Armor and all things combat related will be changed. As a general rule, if you hada great itembefore, you should have a great item after the conversion."

Rocky, not to diminish your efforts (legendary
), but RIS was always overpriced crap with glaring effectiveness holes for pvp.
It's not the smith's fault the gear is getting Upnerfed.

Heh yea I know RIS was never better than comp - my issue is that interwoven should be better than non-interwoven. Looks like with the new patch it was somewhat fixed tho!

Making a personal attack on someone because they are worried about the reaction to their crafted goods post CU is very rude. Some one owes an apology here.
If you want to make a strong statement, cancel your account. If you are not online, then no one will send you those "I paid tons of creds to you for crap, I want my money back". They will happen, but only a few will do that. Most will understand what happened.

Just a note - all this reaction over a bug that was FIXED.
I understand being jumpy and all, but take a look - the interwoven converts more appropriately now with the new patches.

I don't owe anyone anything and your opinion doesn't matter. He was being a drama queen and I called him on it, simple as that. Nobody is going to say anything to him and he knows, I know it and you know it.
All the the exagerated drama is getting a little old.
