Nice. I burned through some leftover Nightsister shards and did something similar. I also keep a set of krayt scaled 35% kinetic Mabari around for characters that I or my guild reroll. It's perfect for the first few boxes of the grind.

those prob are not advanced segs, I hit 20% base with similar/lighter results when I use shards, the gloves and boots are 0/0/0 HAM

without going into all the AP stuff, any kinetic resists should reduce damage by more than 50%

I prefer Mabari with Krayt scales instead, it plugs more holes for only a tiny bit more encumbrance.

I like using random Janta Hides in low end armor for fun, I'll gear up with a survival knife and own the keren starport.
