Thread: Battle Cores question

Hello all. I looted a battle core from a rancor with some pretty nice looking resists, and it has 6 quantitty im guessing (a little number six up top). I know they are used in making armor, but was wondering how much is used. For example would a battle core of 6 make 6 peices of armor, or does one peice use several battle cores. I was wondering because if i can get some armor made from them it wouldnt be too bad, because they have nice resists.

Depends on the armour piece. Chest pieces take 3(unless they have more for arms like Ubese and Mabari), helmet and legs 2, arms 1. So a full suit takes 11 cores. that would make chest and helmut or legs. If you are on Lowca I could make them for you. Hope this helps!

That helps a ton, thank you much. I am on Wanderhome, and just remembered that it is battle armor, and that is the one I am not certed for. So I will probably sell it or give it to an AS in my guild. I saw some on the terms going for around 150k-200k, do you think that is about what i could get for it?

if the stats are high enough possibly. What are the resists?

Most AS manage to make unlayered cores to above 5500 (above 5600 and you will reach the cap). And 150-200k for a set of cores sounds crazy. Prices will vary from server to server so I am not going to suggest a price. Consult your local trade forum.
