yes the RIS quest isnt difficult, but collecting the resources required for it are, hope you have some good guild mates to help you hunt, or collect it for you.


i done it recently, but the resource was the worst to get items were easy, cos i got the guild to get them for me

Master Carbineer / Master BH/ CM 4000

Malakitins Armour vendors EMP guild Mall, Commerce city, LOK

All drop offs to above vendors....
