Ok well its odd here on wanderhome we get alota crap and im a lil hellbent on perfection sadly....I just achived master and went shopping and with what i have i can make a layer of kenetic as follow:
3% Base
Enc:
H 12
A 12
M 12
Special: 10%
so wutcha think? im only useing 10 EXP points and im after 80%Kenetic/60ish Energy and 60%+ rest.
should i lower the special to 7 and see what i get or leave it at 10? im using near or the best resorces out.....some feedback will be very helpfull.

Try lowering the special to 5% and use those points to lower your encumberance. Gets me to 80% kinetic, 78% electricity, 65% base resist.
