I've noticed in the swgcenter website that some armor take Reinforced Fiber Panels. These can use "Optional Bio Components" when made. Do the attributes from the RFP with bio enhancements carry over to the actual completed armor piece?

They did for 1 day. Then the devs fixed it. So, the answer you're looking for is no....
