Ok I made all these gloves using 3% 8/8/8 5% Kinetic layers. I'm only a 10point AS.
#1) 80% Kinetic/77% Electricity/64% Base 58/55/58 Maxed the base @ 29% (got to29%, still could use one more point and I did, tho it stayed @ 29%)and put last point into special, I think.
#2) 78% Kinetic/69% Electricity/61% Base 56/53/56 Got to 29% and stopped leaving with 2 points, both went into durability.
#3) 80% Kinetic/75% Electricity/67% Base 55/52/55 Used a 3% Jantagot the base to 31%, 80% Kinetic, 75% Electricty all using 8 points into the base, then the last 2 went into durability.
Basically I just want to know from #1 and #2 which will be my better seller, and if there is anything I should change? And is #3 worth any more than normal gloves? Thank you very much for all your time ^_^.
#1 will probably sell better than #2 since #1 has the higher resists (even though the difference between the 2 is pretty small).
Just a couple pointers. The game does not show the hidden decimals but does factor those in when crafting. That's why although #1 and #2 both displayed 29%, that extra point you spent in raising the effectiveness on #1 really did raise up the value over #2 giving you a higher base resist upon final assembly.
Also, you are probably better off dumping that last point into durability rather than into special protections. Experimenting on special protections will only affect the electricity resist. There is also a known bug where the only way to get the max value out of the special protections added through layers is by putting at least one point into durability during experimentation.
Hehe, hopefully all of what I wrote made some sense since it's pretty late here and I am falling asleep. ![]()
