I think its one of the worst things they could do, its a major hit to a player based economy, and totally against what i thought this game was about. Its tragic that they are making the soon to be most popular class in the game, unable to buy or use any armor craftable by players. I could care less about continuity at this point, the game is too far removed for it to matter anymore. So what the hell gives. It would be like if i sold tires and all of a sudden the govenment forced 50% of the people to buy cars that cant use tires. My company would fold up and i would be sunk instantly. Oh and not to mention this was without warning and i just bought enough resources and built a factory large enough to make 10 billion tires of the best quality possible. Thank god other businesses dont operate the way Sony does in this game. Are we going to be able to write this loss off on our taxes thurderheart or do we just have to eat it?

Are you one of those that think those publish will transform this game into Jedi war online?

Complaining that jedi cannot wear armor is like complain newbie cannot afford composite armor, except that there are more newbies than jedi.

Or did I miss something?

You could possibly *shrug* wait until it happens and ride out the situation before crying about it her. Plus Jedi should make their robes or quest for them, you don't see Master weaponsmiths moaning that they don't make a Jedi's sabres do you?

Once again, ITS JUST A GAME!!!! Get over it. First u whine about comp gettin nerfed, now its jedis bein able to make there own robes and thats all they can wear. U don't see jedis in the movies with comp armor on so why should u in the game. Either deal with it or leave the game already!!!

You got it all wrong, the WORST thing is that there is going to be a bunch of 17 point armorsmiths running around with force sensitive crafting and if they were double crafters with master merchant, they have to give a lot up for whatever they want to keep most.

Actually, won't it be 14 point smiths, or did I miss another change? I understand if you are exaggerating for effect, but I don't think you need to in this case.

Plus, to get 14 points, you will need to do the quests. To do the quests you will, without a doubt, need some pretty major combat skills. That means you'll have to drop lots of stuff temporarily.

No ignore the posts above they are just board trolling noobies and not master armorsmiths, They really need to make a requirement of having the skill to be able to post on this forum. I still think its a terrible idea to take away a huge customer from someone the way the jedi robes are going to do. Youll be screwed if you go force wilding crafter if it requires your original 250 pts, with the revamp youll be forced to have a single bazzar vendor that holds i think the new cap is 150 items. So at best youll have probably 15 suits of armor that isnt advertised on the map at any given time. Add this in with the fact that now were supposed to make 5 types of armor you now get to have 3 suits of armor on your vendor. Oh, and dont forget you might want to layer them different so now maybe 1 suit of 15 types of armor. Youll be better to just hand craft and sell the crap in coronet and spam it...

Ifor one am absolutely thrilled that they are adding the robes. Customers or no, Jedi should not be wearing Composite, or have to for that matter.

I've had a few Jedi clients, but honestly, even if I lose all of them, it won'tput the slightest dent in my customer base. Who knows how things will be after Pub 10, but even then I think you'll be able to find a good base of clients who aren't Jedi.

Hello? Pot.....this is the kettle calling. Please try to listen to yourself. I have examinedboth your posts (with the same message essentially), and in both, it seems that the majority of the community responding dis-agrees with you. If this is the case, I would say that the statement above applies to you as much as anybody else.By spouting this elitist 'only Master Armorsmiths should be able to post' crap, you are givingother viewersa bad impression of the people here. I will send you off with the response you gave to someone else asking about wookie armor.

"Just so you know wookie armor cant be layered. If it could you would see it on par with the ubese on the server, dont get made becuase the devs didnt allow a layer to be put in it. You should be thankful if its over 50% kinetic cause that means the AS actually hunted down decent resources to make the armor your so ungrateful for and so few actually buy. So in other words move along."
