Thread: What is the best pistol power up I can have?

I tried asking this to the Artisans, but no one seems to care about that place much. I was wondering if -.5 speed is the best or if there are better. Any help is appreciated.

Also might want to explain what "best" is to you, as it could be different things.

This isn't really the right forum, but.. powerups work on percentages, not absolute values. The best ranged speed powerups will be 33% and the best melee 16%. How much that lowers your weapon depends on the original speed on it.
