Hi

I heard the following rumor: Since a few patches Armor Assembly should be used when repairing armor, and Weapon Assembly when repairing weapons.

But then i hear that every non-artisan has the same chance for repairing than Master-WS/AS

Searched through the release notes for the patches and found nothing, so anyone can tell me if thats just a rumor or actually true?

i've tried repairin armor before and after i gained armorsmith skills and from what i've seen only an armorsmith/weaponsmith can repair armor or weapons. Every piece of armor i repaired before i was a novice armorsmith fell apart. Every piece after i became a novice armorsmithwas a success of varying degrees. Now i don't know whether bein a master of the skill or bein a novice,like myself, makes a difference in the degree of success or not. I would think that itdoes, but i could be wrong.
