Made a pretty sweet comp helm last night. Now granted there surely are better helms out there, but arguably one of the best all around helms I know of, taking into account PVE, PVP and encumbrance. I know Armorsmiths will appreciate this more than the average Joe. Take a look at what I used:

12% NS layer

7% NS layer

4/4 Stun layer (experimented base then durability- could have gone base then special but what's the difference between 7% stun and 4% stun)

-35% Mind NS shards

Resists as follows:

4% Stun

80% all other resists

no vulns

Mind enc 245, preslice. Got a 26% enc slice- not so great but encwas what I wanted. Final encumb was like 175 Mind, with ridiculously low Health and Action HAM.

Yes there are better PVP helms and better PVE helms out there, but I wanted to see if I could appease all with 1 Helm to rule them all...
