was making some mabari armor to day to fill an order. When i was making the advance armorweave segmant i would experiment line 2 all at once. Out of 30 tries the best result was good success(no BS here). and when i tried to experiment one block at a time i was getting great success. but it took 12pts just to get 78% and i still had 4 blocks left over. the complexity is 13 and im a +25 assembly/exp and im using a 100% crafting tool and a 44.5% crafting station withing a research city. can someone else try this to see if thisis a game bug or just me.

yes advanced mabari segments are bugged. You CAN make good segments but only by experimenting 2-3 blocks at a time. Maybe this is due to the extremely low MA on the steel?

As I recall, the experimental percentage would not increase by more than 50% in one experiment - so a 7 point great success or a 6 point amazing success is about the best you can do.

I worked on this a bit more last night and did a /bug report on it. I looked through the known issues on Armorsmith and didn't see anything mentioned so maybe we can get this added there.

I'm not 100% sure it has anything to do with the quality of resources used. Last night I worked on using different resources on composite segments to see if I could repeat the poor experimentation and even with aweful resources purchased off of the bazaar I cannot repeat the low levels of experimentation on the mabari segments. Just posting fyi.

Also, in the past, I have used some pretty aweful wood on Kashyyykian and never had problems hitting great and amazing successes even while experimenting on full lines at a time.
