I was wondering what good stats are for AS loot like GDK scales and krayt scales. I often end up deleting the items if the stats look low to me(<10%). Also what other not scale type loot items are usefull to ASs.

For kryat scales you need some really good ones, I have never seen scales good enough to use might just be me, when using them everything in the scale goes into special protection so no slicing for effectivness.

GDK Scales have no quality at all, we dont even need large sets of em.
Krayt segments are good if base is better then 30%.
Krayt scalesare usable at 5% or better. nice to push some protections to 80%, but they end up to be all special protections.
i think thats why smiths dont like the scales since they are no longerslicable.

Kraytscales are handy to make high resist amour and at the same time get the condition up there. Any Krayt scale armour made will be heavy but you're praying for an encumberence slice anyhow due to the pointlessness of an effectiveness slice.
