I just looted 11 identical krayt segments with 18% base eff and 11,800 integrity. What kind of stats could I get on a piece of comp armor with these?

well to get a base of 70% on composite armor you need a base of around 34% on the segments..

Now those have 18% base..... i'll let you work that out

Yeah, your base effectiveness will only be around 50k but the condition will be really high since standard segments for comp usually only run 1-2k on integrity.
