Hey everyone! I'm planning to make my first suit of serious RIS for a friend and I'm trying to plan it out well (I'll admit, I'm more than a bit nervous, being a perfectionist).
I have following components I'll be using:
2x 7% base NS Layers
6% base cubes
4% base janta hide
1x 4% stun layers
I'm obviously going for 80% kin/4% stun, 80% base. My questions are:
1) Is it possible to hit 80% kin with this? Or will I need to use 1x NS Layer, 1x stun and 1x kin?
2) Can I hit 80% base or close to it as well with this?
3) Are there any other, better ways to do this armor suit?
Thanks guys.

Is the stun layer 4% base ?
If so, you may have enough base % to substitute one of the 7% NS layer with a 4% base/11% kinetic layer of your own and hit both 80% base and 80% kinetic. The way it is now, there is a chance to end up short on kinetic.
Let us know how it works out.

Well, I completed 2 pieces tonight.
Thanks go to Skinny for walking me through the experimentation on the helmet.
The first was a helmet, which I don't have a screenie of. 80 kin, 4 stun, 78 base, 67/40/209, named "Mask of 1000 Faces"
The second can be seen here.
I used 1 7% base NS Layer, 1 4% base, 9/9/9 stun layer, and a 4% base, 11% kin layer. Also used 4% janta hide and a 6% base cube.
/beam
Thanks for the help guys. Both were bought for 3.5 million.
