I'm reading about "gated" and "caped" stats on resources. I tried to find something on the forums but tnothing.
Where can I read something about it? Especially about Resources for AS.

Also remember that the new Shipwright resources are ungated, and have the potential to be best-ever resources for AS - the borcarbitic copper for Elec layers, as an example, or the Perovskitic Aluminium for comp in general.

Co'hen...is there currently a Perovskitic Aluminum better than Inowo (high base)or Durneowalesis (lowHAM)for comp?

Not that I've seen, no. There was one with a seriously high SR (995), but the OQ was not good, so the only thing it rocks at is making 99% AV21's
Edit: FYI, the SW resources only ever spawn on one planet at a time, and the spawns last for about 2 weeks, so I'd be 99.999% confident that SWGCraft isn't gonna miss one.
