Thread: My concern regarding my stock and CU

I have noticed that my vendrs don't sell as much armor as they used too.... My concern in what will happen to my loads of composite when CU arrives? And what about sliced armor? Smuggler revamp talked something about making those vendors illegeal, but I am not sure about the consquense.
Anyone lese concerned about their armorstock? Do you keep restocking or wait until CU arrives? I keep on restockin atm.

I don't have many concerns and I have read all the CU docs 
just remember, if it's good now, it will be good after the combat upgrade

Hi Asir here....
Yep, sales have died in the last week or two.... I am not keeping a huge amount on the vendors, but keeping them stocked none the less.. I am also getting ready for the CU by getting resources for all the other armor types, and also getting resources to make low HAM armor.. Keeping the all the bases covered 
If the CU makes my armor less popular, I will just have to cut the price to shift it... It will always sell if the price is right...

There are some people to seem to insist this is not the case.... Example I purchased a nice VK the other day, but some people held off saying that the CU will change the stats on all existing items, I can't see how this will happen? The stats will stay the same, but what is the important stat may change, I fully expect to see that HAM becomes much more important, also speed on weapons.... Thus items with good damage / resists and amazing HAM / Speed I consider uber ATM...

I'm converting my business from Bulk Composite towards single loot-made armors... specifically 80% voritor/krayt ubese, 80% krayt padded, NS comp/hunting armor, and recently RIS... same amount of time involved as making comp but MUCH less vendor stock times...
Not many smiths on my server have a loot stockpile comparable to mine. I envision armorsmithing eventually going to way of weaponsmiths, especially after cu when we can make faction armors... krayt enhanced dark trooper armor anyone?

well Im makking 1000 extra suits to cover an 1,5month.... this CU just takes to long to plan to was hoping to get it know :S
but my armor runst out of stock now ..... must produce large stocks again unsurten of when the CU comes.... doen't make it easy
