Yeah.. people pay much for something, but i know from my fellow carbineers that 40/67 stun armor is easily possible on your server so in practice your armor is worthless... additional 3% stun don't make any noticable difference but additional 3% base does.

People will buy the 43% over the 40% if they are big into PvP. They will pay out the rear if the base is sliced aboce 85%.

I have some composite armor (just Helms and Chests) with 43% stun. They've all been sliced so can anyone give me a good price range to work with for these?

Economy varies alot from server to server... and without knowing the base effectiveness nobody will be able to tell you anything. 
Are they made out of patchday layers?

Well I'm on Chilastra if that helps. The BE is 64%, but like I said some may be higher since they've all been sliced. I'm pretty anxious to just get rid of these, so any kind of a ballpark figure would be appreciated.

43%, at least 100k with an encum slice and who knows with an eff slice. That could get into the millions per piece depending on how high.
