I know that all armors will have Certifications in the Combat Upgrade, but what profession/profession combination will be able to wear R.I.S?

RIS is slated to be Battle Armor...Profs cert. to use include: Carbineer, CH, CM, Fencer, Doc, Swordsman, Pikeman and Ranger. The higher skill you have in one of these profs, the less 'hindrance' you will suffer (i.e. negative mods to accuracy, movement etc).
