I was wondering what they do
On that note, Do GDK scales, Woolamander bones, and RGK hides do anything?

GDK scales, Wollemander bone frag and gurk king hide are now required to craft a single RIS Segment. Which is a called for ingredient in the new RIS armor schematics along with all the cores etc. The segment has no experimental stats. But calls for many of the same named resources as before. Except now you can use what ever named stuff you have. Junk or high quality it wont matter for the segment itself.
As to peko peko feathers. They are now used to craft the 'feathered apperance' module. Which is AS crafted. Calles for named resources. And again seems to have absolutely no stats. It's just eye candy.

The GDK Scales, Woolamander Bones and Gurk King Hide are all used in RIS segments apparently, beyond that someone else will have to answer :/
