Just wondering here and this is in no way confirmed. The thing I was wondering will the new armor enhancers (loot) going to have +1 +5 +10 etc etc enhancements to your skill level? This would definately greatly improve the quality, personalization, and make armor worth paying for, for the masses.

It won't help the core issues which is that the crafted armor shouldn't have to rely solely on loot to be viable. A basic crafted armor should be viable in its own right and a loot should do what its supposed to which is just enhance the armor not make it turn a useless product into an effective one.

Agreed, but maybe this would help with Custom Sets IE Bio Engineered Clothing, albeit those can be done in large runs, but this is just an idea... hell I dont even know if this is even in the loot table or not, but its an idea at least

No offence but I hate and idea like that. Anything that makes this game even more level and loot centered is bad in my book.

As do I! BUT the Devs are gonna cram this crap down our throats wheter we like it or not. Just trying to be pro-active considering all the circumstances in play here

Yes I agree with you Capt on the post above, We all better just stop crying and try to get as much feedback to whomever we can to atleast be known. Without a correspondent to speak up for us, it is now our job to be constructive and speak as a whole community.
We all know that the level system has always been in place or u would have always been able to kill the high end stuff, the only difference now is it is visible, plus it is more viable in the game play.

it is kinda funny if you think about it, those who love the CU claim these forums make up 5% of the playerbase or there abouts and our opinions don't mean anything however its because of complaints on these forums for the last 2 years about how this current system was unbalanced that we now have a system in test thats practically ruining the game for crafting orientated players. Makes you wonder if more then just 5% of the player base make up these forums because it has to be alot for the devs to revamp the whole game.

Yeah well people pull all kinds of numbers out of their but, like 5%. I have no idea what the true number is, I doubt SoE does either, but what I have seen is these boards being excellent in having a cross section of the player base where many views are put forth. Simply put, these boards are very representive of the player base as a whole.
And yes, armor now has become just like weapons, you need loot to make them good.

Adding to CL, when there's a hardcap for players at 80, seems to be pointless.
Along something of the same lines, Krayt Scales now add to total health (example one I've seen in the TC-Ep3 guildhall was a +7 bonus). Why? I have no clue. Does it make much logical sense? Not really.

well honest truth is this new armorcrafting system is inferior to the one in live we currently have. I doubt the devs will make any major changes before it goes live so we will have to push for a crafting revamp as soon as possible but i doubt i will be around for another 12 months to see that take effect lol.
