Thread: Faction Armor Layers Peko Feathers and whatnot

Okay, please forgive my ignorance, but I'm looking around to get some new faction armor and have some questions.
1) Can Faction Armor be layered?
2) I have some pre-CU peko feathers.... Are they still useful? If so, what do they do?
3) What else can I do to improve the armor?

1) Yes
2) Not currently because all Health Bonuses are broken. Once they get fixed, you can get a RIS certified smith to get you a health bonus.

Okay, I understand the other stuff...can't believe I missed those stickies, but why a RIS certified AS? Any particular reason?

LOL, I mentioned it in the RIS sticky as well, but you can only get the Feathered Schematic through the RIS quest. FYI, it's the second part of the quest.

and kind of a imporant note:
Faction armor cannot currently be sold, traded or transfered in any shape or form. Unless your a AS and making it for yourself, you might have to hold on to that dream of wearing faction armor for a while.
