I've seen this stuff for sale, rarely, and was wondering if there's a quest to get it. I've check with Rebel NPC's where you would get supplies and they don't seem to offer it as a selection. I tried searching the forums but all I got was about a million hits in the sale/trade forums. Any info would be most helpful.

Armorsmiths make it. They are the only ones who can purchase the schematic, and cannot trade the schematic. So you need a Rebel AS.

Right now, there's a bug where you can't trade anything that can be bio-linked. You can't offer it to a vendor for sale even. So unless you can find some already on a vendor from before the last patch, you'll have to wait until this bug is fixed.

Start saving your fp's because it is some pricey stuff, either your gonna pay 1.5 mil(an I was told that was a VERY good price) or your gonna have to run your butt into the ground doing faction missions to get the 26k(yes it's 26,000) fp's you'll need to get the armor schematics.

faction armor is bio link and all bio links are currently buggd and untradable...

Publish 19 will fix that.

You can buy the armor from an armoursmith you has the schems for it for around 1 million.
It cost about 9k faction to bio link the entire suit to yourself to wear it.
