Thread: Help collecting for Chitin Armor

I am not an Armorsmith but I would like to have a suit ofhigh Kinetic PvE Chitin armor made. Although I will say your FAQ is spectacular and contains most of the information about segement and layers that I needed I still have some questions.
1) Is it better to use Kliknik/Sharnaff/Bragerset segements or is it better to use the Advanced Chitin Segement with layers?
2) Can someone give me an idea of the stats are on a really good segement?
3) If I should use layers, which layers are the best to use in an Advanced Chitin Segement and what kind of stats above base am I looking for?

1 - For animals, you need kinetic protection. Crafted segments are much better for this than any of the loot I've seen.
2 - Not sure about segment stats. I've gotten around 63% kinetic on the final combine.
3 - Chitin won't accept layers.

I apologize, I thought Advanced Chitin Segements had a slot for Layers.
