Recently we had a very nice polysteel shift on eclipse that brought my adv composite segments up from 33% to 35% in base resist. Prior to this shift i consistantly made 71% base on arms and assumed that i would end up with 72-73% base with these new segments. When i made my first arm today with these new segments i was i for one hell of a suprise though. Instead of raising the base resistance on my armor by 1-2% i just stayed where i was. I got the exact same result as when i used my 33% segments the other day.

Needless to say i got pretty pissed and started to investigate.
From my understanding the maxium you can experiment is directly tied to the resources you are using so if all your res are 1000oq and sr you would experiment 100%.
The oq+sr stas of my resources were the following
50 1903
50 992 (petrofuel)
25 1838
30 1806
20 1321
20 1818

In the arm that averages out to 916.05 which means i should get 91-92% experimented depending on how the rounding was handled. This wasnt the case however and i only ended up with a max experimentation of 89%. If these two things are related or not i am unsure but i am very concerned about a 2% raise on segments not yielding results in the final assembly.

I just tried with some old 33% segments and they did end up at 69% something that seems right if you look at the stats that i got with the 35% ones. The problem is that the last runs i made i did with 33% segments and the EXACT same resources on final assembly and i ended up with 71% base not 69%.
I am bugged or has this happened to others? And i want to make absolutely clear that i am 100% sure of this.
