I've been a master AS for awhile now, and I've improved by leaps and bounds and got one sweet armor exp. suit. My problem is I got the best resources Bloodfin has ever spawned as far as I can tell, except maybe polymer and for the love of god I cant hit 70%. its stops *right* at 69%. granted the rest of the armor is really nice, lower ham, good durability, etc. etc. but that 1% base is really frustrating. I got 12 exp. points, around +10 armor assembly, and best resources I've heard Bloodfin spawned (Ailinaris, Ilaika, Ibin, Oetta, and so on) any suggestions on what I can do?

for composite I put as many into the second row (base) then one point into the bottom (special) and the rest into encumb. for both layers and segments. in the end I come out with 80% kinetic/elect 69% base. trying to push that last 1%.

to get 70% base, do base on layers, base on segs, base on final combine. You need about OQ+SR>1900 for all resources to hit it (that is 950oq 950sr)
it is all in materials, experimentation points has nothing to do with it, with 10 anyone can max one row (like base)
get better materials, if you dont see any other smiths making it, chances are your server doesnt have the resources or they are really old
