Alright I'm a n00b and right now I have been just working on Padded Armor cause I like the look of it and it seems not many wear it!

But my question is what are good Resists % for Kin on Armor? I know Comp 80/80/70 is the goal but I made Padded with 59% Kin? Is that any good or should I keep trying?

Any links to what the best numbers for all the different types of armor are?

I suggest you keep trying. With good resources you can easily get 70+ kinetic padded.
