How often do they drop, not complaining want to know how mnay I should need to kill to loot some. Haven't gotten lucky in my last 50. Looted 10 on my first :/.

Ive had a bad time looting these lately but usally I get some every 20th GDk if im luck usally 5 + - but this is a whoel nights hunting.

ahh, so if I kill 20 striaght you think ill get a loot? I think tommorow my lucky day, i hope, GDK get boring, there too easy, wanna go back to killing krayt and getting loot to sell, lol.

Im not aying every 20 but thats my average and I have a full suit sitting in my home now.. I ahve heard of people going +40 GDK with 0 scales

Im on 3,2% loot ratio on them

but looted 10 scales in one time so not hunting any more

gues ill still hunt them every day till it drops, then krayt will become extinctt *agian*

I killed close to 200 before getting a drop I'd say that's exceptionally bad luck though, and judging from a thread a few months ago I would *guess* a good average is around 35-40 kills to get a scale drop.

How many scales usually drop when you get lucky??, is it just the one, or do you get afew??

0/15 today, found 3 spawn right be each other and killed off 2 of them. I just don't got any more luck

I got lucky the first time and got a drop of 12, second time was a drop of 7

Scales are very finicky I suppose, and usually go a week or two worth of hunting between each drop. On my server krayts are more rare then GDKs with two player cities covering almost the entire krayt spawn area *grumble*. I can usually find a GDK spawn a day other then kimo town, and generally am able to kill it pretty easy with me and my wife, my pets tank while I blast it with my rifle and she heals everyone. 'Course a hunting alt is nice to have

We've been coming up short lately, we've found a couple really good spawns (two paired spawns which had a total all together of 12, and a couple more spawns, I think we're on 30 or so) and still haven't found any since our last loot. This has my wife fairly discouraged as the next suit of RIS is hers and all we need is the damn scales.
