Hi there, I am not an AS, but I looted these off Acklay:

11 Identical Acklay Hides

Base Effectiveness: 36%

Integrity: 34200

Heat Effectiveness: 17%

Energy Effectiveness: 17%

I never wear Padded Armor, but did notice that these stats are about 3 times the normal values on the hides. Can one of you knowledgable Armorsmiths please tell me what can be made with these, and about what the stats would come out to be.

I am curous to see if the padded made from these would be worth wearing.

The special res on padded is Blast so if those hides where used it would put heat/blast/energy into special only leaving kinetic and acouple others in base.

Off top of my head i can't think of any armour that has heat/energy as special.

But as alot of ppl say whatever you can loot some AS can always make a better one.

those will make some high base, low ham padded armor. however energy will have a lower stat, as it will be dump into special resist

RIS quest and set completed on 6-12-04,

As long as the smith has good padded resources, you will be able to make pieces that are 80 energy 65-68base and extremely low encumbrance with htose hides. To test a smith, ask them to make you some 80 kinetic padded gloves. If they can hit 80 kin, then they will be able to make th emost out of these segments and give you stats like what I mentioned above.
