put RISArmor / RIS Interwoven Segment Schematicin a droid and then trade that droid to another player and he/she remove the schematics from the droid and be able to use them? I did the RIS quest with my main ages ago but seeing how I will be starting the Knight Trials soon they do me no good on him

No, they have to become a master AS and do the quest.
