Thread: Questions about Ithy Armor
- Which type of Ithorian Armor is the new Composite (PVP)?
- What stats should I see on this type of armor? (Stun and Baseas found in Composite)?
- Also, are the resources to make this armor harder to come by and not the same as Composite (I can gauge the price w/ this answer, have to acquire new resources, cost usually go up..etc..).
- And can I use Krayt Scales/Nightsister Layers/Shards in enhancing this armor?
These answers will help me inform fellow armorsmiths of the new change, many are unaware that it has been fixed, and as you can guess, me asking here, no suits (that I know of)of PVP quality are for sale on Corbanits. Thanks for the replies in advance!

The exact same as you would see on Composite. The resources are exactly the same, and I'm 99% sure they're in exactly the same proportions. It's just Composite with a different graphical skin.

Exactly the same as the analogs (Sentinel-Composite, Defender-Padded, Guardian-Chitin). The only reason you might see higher price is the rarity.

My guess is that due to the general rarity of Ithorians, you won't see too many smiths stocking the stuff. It will probably be a largely custom-order market, but without too much of a mark-up. At least, that's the way I will be doing it.

One difference though between composite and sentinel armor (at least it was this way the few days after the patch when sentinel armor wasn't bugged)... sentinel armor doesn't have the Set Color selection on radial menu, so if you're going to have some custom made you need to specify the color up front.
